  • To maintain a high standard of communication and provide lateral services to other sections and maintain a good and friendlyrelationship with internal and external customers
  • To maintain effective coordination with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Technical Department for smoothoperations
  • To carry out daily operations of serviced apartment to deliver premier services to guests
  • To answer all queries, provide accurate local information, resolve problems and complaints arising from guests
  • To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports
Requirements
  • 2-4 years working experience in Hotel, Serviced Apartments or Luxury Residential is preferable
  • Candidate with less experience & fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
  • Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
  • Work Location: Tai Kok Tsui / Kai Tak / Sai Wan (Fixed workplace)
  • Working Time: 09:00-18:00, 11:00-20:00 & 12:00-21:00
