- Lead automation projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and implement tools/scripts to automate file creation and uploads.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks.
- Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows.
- Document processes and train team members on automation tools.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on improvements.
- 4+ years in process automation or operations improvement.
- Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier).
- Proficiency in Excel (macros), Python, or VBA.
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
