Assist to oversee the Bank’s ORM framework and monitor the latest developments of the HKMA on Operational Risk and other relevant requirements on internal controls.
Support managing the op risk event reporting protocol, and review the incidents to ensure timely and proper follow up on remedial actions.
Support review on third party risk management, RCSA, process change initiatives, policy & procedure of various BU/SU to provide op risk advisory as functional specialist.
Assist to handle operational risk related deliverables relating to ICAAP, stress test, etc.
Other tasks assigned by line manager/ Division Head / Senior Management of the Bank.

Requirement :

Degree holder or above in Business Administrative, Finance, Economics or related discipline
3-5 years solid work experience in banking and financial institutions
Previous job exposure in business risk, internal controls or audit
ECF on ORM qualification
Holder of the DITTO qualifications
