Responsibilities:

Participate in sales & marketing activities for card and loan business
Handle customers enquires and deliver excellent services to satisfy their needs
Perform preliminary assessment on applications for financial products e.g. credit card, loan, etc.
Support daily branch operations includes data entry, sales and marketing in product promotion

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in any discipline, fresh graduates are also welcome
Relevant experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficiency in PC knowledge and application
Proactive, Self-motivated, Good interpersonal skills
Several work locations to select: HK Island / Kowloon / N.T.
5-days work week (9 hours per day)
Shift duty is required (including Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays)
Required to wear uniform during working hours
Candidates with more work experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position
