  • Responsible for reviewing Influencer applicants from various programs and sources
  • Responsible for engaging shortlisted applicants for collaboration and social content posting
  • Develop long-term relationships with influencers
  • Research competitor Influencer programs
  • Generate new initiatives to improve the impact of our Influencer programs
  • Assist team members in content and influencer review
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
  • 0-2 years or above working experience in eCommerce, preferably in beauty and fast-fashion industry
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Strong interest in Korean and Asian branded beauty products
  • Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing and affiliate marketing
  • Well-organized, detailed minded and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
