(Senior) Supplier Quality Engineer - Equipment

- Monitor supplier manufacturing processes and conduct product audits on-site
- Lead supplier development initiatives to improve process capability and compliance
- Communicate and manage non-conformance issues with suppliers
- Perform quality system and process audits at supplier facilities
- Review and approve PPAP documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier-related quality concerns
- Support new product launches and ensure supplier readiness
- Maintain reporting on supplier performance, audit results, and corrective actions
- Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 standards and internal quality objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in supplier or production quality engineering
- Strong background in auditing, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Familiarity with PPAP, FMEA, and quality tools (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel across supplier locations (Mainland China / Taiwan)
- Native in Cantonese, Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of metrology and GD&T
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
