The protection we offer creates broad and lasting impact, helping clients to be healthier, more productive and more confident in their futures.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Medical Services (6 months fixed term contract).Principal ResponsibilitiesIn this role you willStrategic LeadershipManage the medical network, address any servicing issues and implement administrative and procedural changes with our providers, along with H&W solutions for our corporateManagement of Medical NetworkDevelop and enhance medical providers relationship, oversees medical provider onboarding and their end-to-end services, including cost control, contracting, fee schedule and panel doctor list maintenance, regular due diligence and re-credentialing exercises, provider quality control and 3rd party provider procurement managementNegotiating agreed fees for renewal and the utilization of specialized medications to control costsQuality AssuranceInvestigation and handling of complaints, disputes and disciplinary action of providersCommunicating with providers, including providing feedback on member experiences, updates on clinical best practices, and results of quality assurance reviewsEnhancing provider satisfaction and performanceEmployee Benefits Health and Wellness SolutionProvide health and wellness solution to EB corporate clients, e.g., Health check plans, onsite vaccination, wellness day events management, etcCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with claim departments, product development, EB sales, distribution, operations, risk and control and other stakeholders to integrate and deliver solutionsRequirementsTo be successful you will needUniversity graduatePrevious experience in medical network development for the insurance industryExperience working in clinics and claims services is highly desiredExperience in health insurance and regulatory landscapeStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent project management skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsOpening up a world of opportunityHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
