Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Analyze business performance and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
Partner with commercial teams on pricing, trade spend, and promotional investments.
Monitor and manage cost structures, risks, and opportunities.
Enhance financial reporting tools and processes (e.g., Power BI, SAP).
Support regional initiatives and cross-functional projects.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
6-8 years of FP&A experience, preferably in FMCG/Retail/Consumable products industries
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SAP, and BI tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
