
Sales Manager (Group Sales / Catering)

- Manage and develop relationships with corporate and non-corporate accounts to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to strengthen partnerships.
- Plan and execute sales blitzes to identify growth opportunities in key markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to optimize sales strategies.
- Supervise and motivate account managers to meet sales goals and ensure smooth sales operations.
- Maintain updated account profiles, sales reports, and corporate production data in internal systems.
- Collaborate with Global Sales Offices (GSO) to leverage corporate sales programs and partnerships.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales activity reports, including lead generation, market insights, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Marriott SOPs and LSOPs in all sales and marketing activities.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related fields
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant working experience
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor performance
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal communication skills, highly motivated and team focused
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
