- Oversee marketing collateral, newsletters, and internal communications that reflect brand tone and values.
- Maintain consistency and excellence across all communication touchpoints.
- Lead the digital strategy including social media, website content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and luxury consumer behavior to drive innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Manage press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Represent the brand at industry events and interviews when needed.
- Safeguard and evolve the brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Ensure brand consistency in visual design, tone of voice, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality brand assets
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support business objectives and brand growth.
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing strategy with company vision.
- Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff or external partners as needed
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-profile events.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
