About Our ClientThey are a leader in their industry with long standing presence in the Hong Kong Market.Job DescriptionThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a 360° marketing strategy that encompasses:Events & Experiences
  • Design and deliver premium brand events, product launches, and VIP experiences that reflect the brand's luxury positioning.
  • Manage end-to-end event planning including venue selection, guest list curation, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure events align with broader marketing and business goals.
Marketing Communications
  • Develop compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with high-net-worth individuals and luxury consumers.
  • Oversee marketing collateral, newsletters, and internal communications that reflect brand tone and values.
  • Maintain consistency and excellence across all communication touchpoints.
Digital Marketing
  • Lead the digital strategy including social media, website content, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and luxury consumer behavior to drive innovation.
Public Relations & Communications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and interviews when needed.
Branding
  • Safeguard and evolve the brand identity across all platforms and materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency in visual design, tone of voice, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality brand assets
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support business objectives and brand growth.
  • Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing strategy with company vision.
  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing staff or external partners as needed
The Successful ApplicantQualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands.
  • fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proven track record in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and high-profile events.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Team player but can work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
  • Passion for luxury, creativity, and innovation.
