Ref. no : O/CW-PO/Term_OFF(ShareHub)/08/25Major Duties:
(a) To set up and manage the daily operation of SHARE Hub;
(b) To communicate, collaborate and coordinate with various Departments and Supporting Units in showcasing students’ projects and outcomes at the SHARE Hub in all publicity and promotional events at IVE(CW);
(c) To plan and implement the development plan and promotional activities of the SHARE Hub;
(d) To support the marketing team and various Departments in all marketing and promotional activities including Information Day, Fun Day, Campus Visits, School Talks, Taster Programmes, etc.;
(e) To build close relationships with local schools and industry partners and invite them to participate various activities, events and school visits organised by IVE(CW) on regular basis;
(f) To design, prepare and produce marketing and promotional materials, such as Flipbook, digital posters, videos of outstanding alumni and their success sharing stories;
(g) To assist Academic Departments and Supporting Units in carrying out cross-disciplinary projects and student-led workshops;
(h) To share and explore opportunities to extend students’ learning outcomes to local schools, industry partners and community; and
(i) To be responsible for budget preparation, procurement activities and furniture & equipment maintenance for the SHARE Hub.Requirements:
(a) A recognised degree or equivalent qualification;
(b) At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at executive level, preferably in educational institutions or comparable organisation;
(c) Strong network with local schools, industry partners and NGOs is preferable;
(d) Preferably with good knowledge in organising marketing activities and in-depth knowledge in VPET promotion;
(e) Preferably experience in providing secretarial support for working group / committees;
(f) Good communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese; and
(g) Strong initiative, good interpersonal and administrative skills.Notes:
(1) Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply.
(2) Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment.
