Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences across web and mobile platforms for financial products and services.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and improve user journeys.
Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and comply with financial industry regulations.
Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and impactful user experiences.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end development principles.
Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience designing for complex financial products (e.g., insurance, banking, wealth management).
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards in financial services.
Knowledge of design systems and component-based design approaches.
