Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Leadership

Own the end-to-end design process from concept to execution.
Define and maintain design systems and UI guidelines that reflect luxury standards.
Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.

User Experience Strategy

Lead user research initiatives to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and interaction flows tailored to luxury consumers.
Optimize digital experiences for engagement, conversion, and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Proven experience designing for luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Mastery of design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant, user-centered design across platforms.
Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first principles.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

Passion for luxury aesthetics and high-end customer experiences.
Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, and emerging design trends.
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Cantonese/Mandarin) is a plus.
