User Experience Design
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Define and maintain UX standards and best practices across digital products.
User Interface Design
  • Create visually compelling and intuitive UI designs aligned with company guidelines.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups and design specifications for development teams.
  • Ensure responsive and accessible design across devices and platforms.
Collaboration & Execution
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
  • Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in digital products or services.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work and design process.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS/JS) is a bonus.
