- Act as the key thought leader in the IT department, leading multiple technology teams and overseeing their activities
- Design the enterprise architecture, especially for application and digital transformation projects
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders from other departments to define, align, and deliver IT strategies, roadmaps, policies, budgets, and action plans
- Research new technologies and utilize in-depth knowledge and skills across multiple tech areas to provide technical oversight and solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Participate in team/3rd party vendors' performance management, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards
- Review and manage manpower, budget, and timelines based on project priorities
- Attend strategy and planning meetings with the leadership team and other senior stakeholders, serving as a subject matter expert and suggesting workable solutions for business needs
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science/Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in the IT field, including enterprise architecture design, ERP/CRM systems, application development, public cloud, project delivery, digital transformation, etc. with a background in real estate/property/service provider/tech consulting firm is preferable
- Proven track record of planning and overseeing any of digital transformation projects for the real estate/property sector such as leasing systems, property management systems or facility management system is a must
- At least 8 years at a managerial level with strong people management skills, ideally managing both onshore teams and 3rd party vendors and having worked as Department Head/Head of IT/Assistant General Manager or similar roles before
- Strong business sense and ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders at all levels, effectively translating technical ideas into simple language.
- Knowledge of SDLC, enterprise architecture design, and change management, with a track record and exposure to large-scale projects
- Good understanding of new technologies in the market (such as Gen AI) and best industry practices/standards
- Experience in planning and developing the annual budget, timeline, and manpower
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in speaking both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English is a must; and currently based in Hong Kong
- PMP certification is a plus
