The successful candidates are likely to:Be studying towards a Bachelor’s degree and currently in their penultimate yearHave a consistent track record of academic and extra-curricular achievementAble to be a strategic thinker, self-starter, humility and the willingness to learn from and collaborate with colleagues.Work independently, in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, where priorities change frequentlySolve problems as and when they arise with minimal supervision / guidanceHave strong systems skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferably Excel VBA.Have a high level of motivation and attention to detailsAbility to ask questions, challenge and pro-actively suggest improvements to the processStrong written and verbal communication skillsFluency in Asian language skills is advantageousHave an interest in developing a career in Capital MarketsPreference will be on students who have completed at least 1 previous internship in a related fieldStudents must have Hong Kong work authorization to be considered for the role.Application Process
