Job Duties:Assist on online stores daily operations, which includes order fulfilment and customer serviceRespond to customers’ enquiries and feedbacks in all channels including email, social media platforms and product reviews;Assist on CRM program formulation;Other ad-hoc tasks related to the e-commerce team.Requirement:University or diploma students preferably with major in E-commerce, Information Systems, Marketing or related discipline;Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and Mandarin);Passion to help drive sales and conversions by improving the customer journey;Candidate with website management / customer service experience will be an advantageAble to work 3-4 days per weekAll applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
