- Handle Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) and Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (ORSO) inquiries through hotline, digital channels, and in-person service.
- Process transactions such as fund transfers, withdrawals, and scheme consolidations efficiently and accurately.
- Explain scheme benefits, investment options, and procedural requirements to clients.
- Resolve complex cases by liaising with internal teams and provide clients with timely updates.
- Promote digital self-service tools and retirement planning resources to enhance client experience.
- Support outreach campaigns, including seminars, member briefings, and worksite marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to effectively address client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial industry, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Passing the MPF Examination is preferred.
- Holder of a relevant SFC license or passing the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of MPF and ORSO is an advantage.
- Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
