Analyze the potential for business growth in global transmission by identifying market trends and internal requirements related to IP networks, cloud services, and digital platforms
Develop global transmission strategies by monitoring advancements in transmission and network technologies, conducting feasibility studies, and assessing internal resources
Coordinate and contribute to branch-level transmission projects to align efforts and enhance the global impact of transmission initiatives

Requirements

Master degree in Telecommunications, Transmission, or IT-related disciplines
A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in transmission or telecommunications industry
Solid knowledge of telecommunication networks, especially optical communication networks, including but not limited to optical devices, optical fibers, optical cables (including submarine cables), WDM, OTN, ROADM, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Willingness to travel as needed
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Planning Manager
