If you share our way of thinking, we would like to hear from you.Responsibilities:Design and implement comprehensive telesales training programs focusing on:In-depth product and service knowledgeAdvanced sales techniques and objection handlingCompliance with industry regulations and standardsDevelop and integrate sales planning strategies into training, including:Setting achievable sales targets and forecastingCreating territory and account management plansImplementing effective call prioritization and pipeline management techniquesTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for improving:Conversion rates and sales performanceTeam productivity and efficiencyCustomer satisfaction and retention metricsDrive continuous improvement to team performance by identifying gaps and implementing strategies to enhance skills, productivity, and results.Drive sales planning activities such as campaign design, sales script adaptation, forecasting, and incentive structuring to boost performance.Collaborate with Marketing Team to plan, develop, and implement test campaigns to refine effectiveness and market reach.Recommend enhancements for future campaigns based on performance analysis, continuously seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and quality in contact center operations.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in sales training, preferably in a Telesales or call center environment within the telecom industry.Strong expertise in sales planning, including target setting, forecasting, and pipeline management.Deep knowledge of sales metrics, performance analysis, and reporting tools.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales teams and HR.Detail-oriented, proactive, and adept at identifying and resolving performance gaps.Familiarity with CRM systems and telesales software is a plus.Interested parties please apply with full resume stating present and expected salary by clicking "Quick Apply".SmarTone is an equal-opportunity employer.
