China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited (“China Life (Overseas)") with presence in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Indonesia is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Life Insurance (Group) Company, China’s largest financial insurance corporation.Responsibilities:Responsible for design, delivery, implementation and maintenance of training programs/activities for agency force to uplift agents’ Productivity and ProfessionalismTake lead to drive and organize new and existing product training for agency force to enhance selling skills different types of insurance productLiaise with external parties to arrange existing and/or develop new training programs and/or activities to meet business strategy and market situationDevelop training tools/ e-learning with different format such as video editing, interactive e-learning productionProvide training support, including program development, arrangement and delivery, on various kind of training programs such as IIQE and CPDMaintain training records and prepare various kinds of training reportSupport ad-hoc projects as assignedRequirements:University degree in any disciplineMinimum 5 years’ relevant training experience, candidates with strong insurance sales background is highly preferred.Detailed-minded, flexible, proactive, a good team-player and able to work under pressureExcellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in PC applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPointGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
