Posting Date: 2025-08-31Hung's Management Services LtdAssistant Training Manager (ATM/3108/2025)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement staff training programs, including onboarding, leadership training, and skills enhancement coursesCollaborate with department heads to identify business challenges and competency gaps, devising targeted training strategies.Partner with HRBPs and business units to support talent initiativesAdminister end-to-end logistics for training sessions.Manage internal/external training resources and external vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.Measure program effectiveness using KPIs; analyze data and propose improvements.Develop the e-learning platform and mobile learning.Maintain accurate training records for audits.RequirementsBachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.5+ years in training /L&D role, experience in chains F&B or FMCG sectors is an advantage.Experience with Learning Management Systems and webinar tools (Zoom, Teams).Fluent English (written/spoken) is mandatory; Cantonese and Mandarin essential for local/regional collaboration.Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPointStrong project management and multitasking abilities.Excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.Interested parties, please email detail resume and expected salary email to the Human Resources Department (Please quote the reference no.).Data collected will be treated in strictly confidential and in used for recruitment purposes only.
