- Partner with line managers to develop, review and implement training programmes for frontline staff in terms of service skills, working procedures and guidelines, service promotions and systems requirements
- Identify the training needs, design, and deliver in-house training programs for frontline & backend staff to support the business objectives
- Analyze and evaluate training programs to facilitate the continuous improvement of training and development programs
- Enhance customer satisfaction rate through conducting in-depth reengineer operation analysis
- Conduct procedural and legacy system training to team members and users of various lines of business
- Collect feedback, analyse productivity and other related data to measure training and coaching effectiveness
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 5-8 years’ relevant working experience (with 2 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity)
- Professional experience in design and delivery of Learning & Development programs
- Ability to deep dive into processes and assess Training and Development needs
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Passionate, out-going, well-organized and proactive person
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
