Senior Programme Assistant / Senior Peer Supporter (Chuk Yuen)

- Deliver internal and external sharing sessions, advocating for the image of SideBySide and highlighting the transformation of service users;
- Collaborate with Project Officer in crisis management, activity planning, and decision-making during service implementation;
- Provide direct support services independently, including regular contacts, home visits, outreach services, recreational groups, and mass programmes for service users;
- Maintain ongoing communication with service users to monitor emerging trends and needs, ensuring timely and responsive services that address the concerns of service users and relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare and submit up-to-date documentation of work and services, including programme plans and evaluations, financial reports, and outreach statistics;
- Manage financial budgeting for programmes;
- Mentor junior peer supporters as assigned;
- Liaise with service user volunteers to coordinate and arrange volunteer work;
- Tertiary education in social work, psychology or social science (for senior programme assistant);
- Completed P.6 or equivalent plus rehabilitation experience (for senior peer supporter);
- Rehabilitated experience in incarceration/drug use (for senior peer supporter); and
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in social welfare field with relevant service users.
