處理店內銷售、產品推廣及日常營運工作
妥善地處理及了解客戶之查詢和需要，提供優質顧客服務，以建立穩固的顧客關係
負責庫存管理、陳列管理等工作
協助區域經理帶領團隊達致公司所訂立的目標
分析店舖銷售數據及KPI績效指標的達成情況，及時制定及推行行動計劃以提升業績
提供有效的工作培訓及輔導予店舖員工，激勵團隊及適時作出表現回饋

(二) 要求︰

最少具5年或以上零售工作經驗, 當中3年需任職為店舖管理層
具大型百貨銷售經驗者優先考慮
具良好領導及人員管理技巧，能激勵及有效帶領團隊合作
對客戶服務充滿熱誠具良好的溝通技巧
適應力強，能處理多項任務及勇於接受挑戰
具責任感，積極正面及主動，願意學習，善於團隊合作
對數字敏感高, 善於數據整合及分析
操流利廣東話，具良好普通話及英語溝通能力
熟悉MS Excel的操作及中文打字
需輪班及輪休
經驗較少者會被考慮為助理門店經理

(三) 工作時間︰

店舖營業時間10:00 – 22:00
每日10小時輪班工作
