- Develop and execute strategic plans for Office of the General Counsel programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Lead the execution of operational efficiency initiatives by identifying and analysing current practices, recommending enhancements, and implementing solutions to streamline processes including new operational frameworks and process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability of OGC initiatives.
- Utilize project management methodologies to oversee critical projects, ensuring alignment with the needs of legal and compliance teams, and drive successful outcomes.
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination across internal and external stakeholders. Including tracking program performance using dashboards and reporting tools, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by organizing working groups, resolving delivery bottlenecks, and maintaining clear communication channels.
- Lead change management efforts by crafting communications, briefing materials, and engagement strategies to support adoption of new initiatives.
- Strategic Visioning – Help shape and execute long-term plans for Group OGC programs that align with organizational goals and evolving business needs
- Collaborative – Work effectively across teams and regions, resolving delivery challenges, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Communication – Effectively manage stakeholder engagement, change management, and ensuring clarity across program updates, reporting, and decision-making

- Impactful - Proactive in identifying what needs to be done, and taking action, before being asked, or before the situation escalates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Risk Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Professional certifications in project management, risk, or compliance (e.g., PMP, ISO, or equivalent) are advantageous, although not required
- Minimum 5+ years in Financial Services, preferably within the insurance sector
- Proven track record in working with senior management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated success in program delivery, operational transformation, and risk management across global or regional contexts
