- Collect, update and analyze data, and also prepare capital valuations and feasibility studies.
- Assist in handling land and planning matters of Housing Society's developments.
- Liaise with consultants to prepare the Deed of Covenant and calculate the undivided shares.
- Provide technical support in market research duties which includes collection, analyze and maintain a comprehensive data bank of market information.
- Provide technical support for PowerPoint presentation, presentation and preparation of statistics and plans for management.
- Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Degree holder in Town Planning, Urban Design, Surveying, Real Estate or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
- Dedicated to work with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Good spoken Putonghua is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or related design/presentation software, Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing. Knowledge in Geographic Information System is preferable.
