The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA).We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our CLPe Commerce Department as Product Sourcing and Sales Associate.Key Responsibilities:
  • New Revenue Generation
  • Assist in identifying and developing new revenue opportunities through product bundling, hybrid redemption models (cash + Domeo Points), and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support the implementation of monetization strategies such as paid merchant placements, featured listings, and promotional partnerships.
  • Merchant & Sales Development
  • Help onboard green merchants aligned with Domeo's values.
  • Maintain merchant relationships and coordinate product updates and promotions.
  • Manage product vendors and business partners, planning and organizing sales activities to meet company objectives in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales channels to manage the merchandising calendar and ensure the smooth execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Product Sourcing & Sales
  • Co-ordinate and execute the procurement process, ensuring quality control for the purchase of products and services, ensuring adherence to procurement policies and alignment with business strategies.
  • Support all aspects of merchandising, including product sourcing and development, order processing, price negotiation, vendor compliance, service quality assurance, site audits, order placement, delivery, logistics, and after-sales service.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare reports on sales campaign performance and sales activity
  • Support data collection for business reviews and strategic planning
  • Assist in sales planning and the implementation of sales initiatives, monitor progress against targets, and contribute to the achievement of business growth objectives.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing or relevant disciplines or a minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE including English Language or equivalent plus at least 6 years' relevant experience
  • 2 years of eCommerce experience or business development in electrical appliances, consumer electronics, household cooking appliances, health & wellness products etc.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Magento or similar platforms is a plus
  • Passionate, creative and organized team player with a strong market-centric mindset and data driven capabilities
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese
  • Computer literacy in Oracle, Google Analytic, eCommerce platform and Microsoft Office
