Administer daily Member Services and Relations functions for a seamless guest experience.
Efficiently manage and maintain resources and assets for optimal operations.
Provide essential office and administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
Monitor security and car park operations to ensure a safe environment.
Demonstrate flexibility by performing additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality from a leading institution.
At least 2 years of experience in hospitality operations; international experience is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for positive relationship-building.
Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving abilities with effective collaboration skills.
Results-oriented mindset, striving for excellence in all aspects of the role.
