Our client is a leading FMCG company looking for a Consumer Service Executive to join their team.Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customers enquiries via phone, email, letters, fax, in-person, referrals by customers, community management, etc.
  • Work closely with call center, follow-up escalation cases and forward referral cases
  • Provide support to customers and follow-up on product exchange delivery and refund issues
  • Maintain filing system and perform inventory management
  • Provide assist to manage issues and analyze risks
  • Support line manager to follow up any ad-hoc projects
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail or call center. Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
  • Willing to learn and take up challenges with high emotional intelligence
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
