
Consumer Service Administrator (CS)

- Handle incoming customers enquiries via phone, email, letters, fax, in-person, referrals by customers, community management, etc.
- Work closely with call center, follow-up escalation cases and forward referral cases
- Provide support to customers and follow-up on product exchange delivery and refund issues
- Maintain filing system and perform inventory management
- Provide assist to manage issues and analyze risks
- Support line manager to follow up any ad-hoc projects
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail or call center. Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good command in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
- Willing to learn and take up challenges with high emotional intelligence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
