  • Assist in developing new products and services for digital banking channels to enhance customer experience
  • Assist to manage the project life cycle including preparation of user requirements and project plan, collaboration with internal and external partners for UAT, Training, execution of marketing campaigns for the launch of newly developed / enhanced online products / services.
  • Assist to formulate internal operations procedures to ensure the online products & services are complied with relevant regulatory requirement and internal policies
  • Prepare MIS reports and provide information and analytical support to facilitate performance evaluation and competitiveness analysis of newly developed / enhanced online products / services.
  • Conduct market intelligence and analysis to facilitate the implementation and improvement of online banking product / service features
Requirements:
  • University graduate in Business, Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of experience in Retail / Corporate Banking business, preferably with exposure on Online Financial Product / Service
  • Experienced in product development and project management
  • Have general business sense and customer driven with analytical mind
  • Good knowledge on e-banking products/services and related regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, creative and analytical minded
  • Skilled communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
