Executive Officer II / Project Co-ordinator IIThe appointee will work under the Admissions and Student Affairs Team, rendering assistance to student recruitment and engagement. Duties include (a) devising and executing multi-channel strategies, including online social media and offline events, to enhance the Faculty’s brand presence and enrolment targets; (b) providing administrative and logistic support to international student admissions; (c) facilitating the organisation and execution of student affairs-related tasks, such as student scholarships, interviews, enrichment programmes; and (d) performing any other duties as assigned.Applicants should have (i) a recognised Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communications, Media Production, Marketing or related disciplines; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: (for Executive Officer II); (iii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification executive experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector; (iv) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) creativity in digital content development across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube, with hands-on experience in merchandise production; (vi) excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and organisational skills with attentiveness to details; (vii) strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently; and (viii) good IT skills. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Project Co-ordinator II.
