Cyber Security Specialist/Manager (IAM, 40K-80K)

• Hands-on architect, build, and maintain identity and access management solutions
• SASE/IAM/PAM Projects
• At least 3 years in IAM or related security roles.

• Implement and manage SSO and MFA across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Integrate and customize IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Entra ID, SailPoint, Ping, Oracle, Saviynt).
• Automate identity lifecycle processes using scripting tools.
• Support advanced authentication methods like biometrics and passwordless login.
• Design and maintain RBAC models and conduct access reviews.
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues and document processes.

• 3+ years in IAM or related security roles.
• Experience with SSO/MFA and major IAM platforms.
• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, BeanShell).
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Okta, Microsoft, CISSP).
• Experience with cloud IAM, DevOps integration, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
