- Initiate, plan and implement channel marketing and communication plans, drive the business growth in the market.
- Manage the channel marketing A&P budgets and evaluate resources allocation to optimize ROI.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to implement the trade marketing programs effectively.
- Oversee and coordinate the promotional activities regularly.
- Conduct regular market research to generate insights for channel marketing strategies.
- Lead the team to provide relevant reports for analyzing the effectiveness of different campaign.
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or other related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' marketing experience in FMCG industry
- Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English & Chinese
