- Overall in charge of the company's human resources and administrative management work, covering core modules such as recruitment and allocation, employee training and development, performance appraisal system establishment and implementation, and employee relationship maintenance, to ensure the efficient operation of the entire human resources process.
- Formulate, improve and implement human resources management systems and processes in accordance with the company's strategic development goals, optimize human resource allocation, improve organizational efficiency, and provide strong support for business development.
- Lead the planning, formulation and implementation of employee welfare policies, including but not limited to social security and provident funds, paid leave, holiday benefits, team-building benefits, etc., to continuously improve employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, and enhance team stability.
- Plan and organize diversified employee activities, such as annual team building, festival celebrations, fun sports meetings, skill competitions, etc., to enrich employees' cultural life and strengthen team cohesion and collaborative spirit.
- Act as the core hub for cross-departmental communication, coordinate work connection and resource cooperation between various departments, promote the penetration and implementation of corporate culture concepts, and create a positive working atmosphere.
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resource management, administrative management, business administration and other related majors is preferred; 5-10 years of practical experience in human resources and administrative management, with the ability to independently operate all modules of work.
- Familiar with the characteristics of human resource management in any of the industries such as consumer goods, IT/internet/games, advertising/media/culture/sports, and life services, and can accurately match industry talent needs and management models.
- Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in using English for daily meeting communication, email correspondence and system document writing, to meet the needs of international office work.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, problem-solving skills and team management experience, able to effectively handle complex employee relations and cross-departmental collaboration issues, and promote efficient execution of the team.
- Proficient in the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant national labor laws and regulations, with a strong sense of risk prevention, and able to effectively avoid potential labor risks in daily management.
