- Lead and oversee financial reporting in accordance with USGAAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Manage and enhance SOX compliance frameworks, including internal controls over financial reporting
- Partner with external auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to support special project and due diligence
- Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and systems to support public company requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Mentor and develop finance team members to build a high-performing finance function
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with investor relations, legal, and operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience from Big 4 and US-listed company
- Deep expertise in US GAAP and SOX compliance, including implementation and audit readiness
- Proven track record in capital market transactions a plus
