  • Lead and oversee financial reporting in accordance with USGAAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Manage and enhance SOX compliance frameworks, including internal controls over financial reporting
  • Partner with external auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to support special project and due diligence
  • Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and systems to support public company requirements
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
  • Mentor and develop finance team members to build a high-performing finance function
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with investor relations, legal, and operational teams
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience from Big 4 and US-listed company
  • Deep expertise in US GAAP and SOX compliance, including implementation and audit readiness
  • Proven track record in capital market transactions a plus
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high accountability
