Performs on-site support
Provide helpdesk support to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
Minimum 1 year’s experience in IT support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills dealing with both internal and external parties
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Detail-minded, proactive attitude, and self-motivated.
