
Senior Manager, Procurement - Insurance

- Advise on end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes
- Partner with stakeholders to drive sourcing activities, including category identification, process guidance, negotiation, and contract review
- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels
- Support the rollout and implementation of global sourcing systems and processes in Hong Kong
- Ensure operational readiness through regular updates, communications, and training on new processes
- Provide strategic sourcing and procurement advice to internal users
- Identify cost-saving opportunities by consolidating or comparing procurement requests
- Deliver training and updates to ensure readiness and compliance with sourcing procedures
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 8 years of experience in risk management, governance, or end-to-end sourcing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
- Solid understanding of sourcing and procurement methodologies and frameworks
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior managerial experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
