Regional Senior AI Consultant - Innovation and ResearchRole SummaryJoin our dynamic SRE & Innovation team within the CTO department as an AI Solutions Lead. You will drive AI adoption across CSI by partnering with business units to identify opportunities, design tailored AI solutions, and lead implementation to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. This role combines strategic consulting, technical expertise, and team leadership to deliver impactful AI-driven outcomes.Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic AI Consulting: Partner with business departments to assess needs, define requirements, and develop customized AI strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and evaluate scalable AI solutions (e.g., NLP, ML, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and inform data-led decision-making across the organization.
  • AI Advocacy & Enablement: Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on AI capabilities, best practices, and practical applications.
  • Project Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects initiated by the SRE & Innovation team, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of AI consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Technology Innovation: Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies, advising on their strategic adoption.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI solution development, consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Deep knowledge in at least one AI domain: NLP, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, or Robotics.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages; hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Experience managing technical teams or projects.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Communication & Strategy:
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex AI concepts for business audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and solving business challenges.
  • Excellent project management, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Industry Experience: Prior exposure to the Financial Services Industry (FSI) is highly desirable.
