You will collect/understand/negotiate requirements, constraints and expectations, and independently manage the creation of UX/UI solutions for assigned projects
You will collaborate with Design research and Content design members on the end to end design process
You will evolve around building communication documents such as user manuals for our platforms to end users
You will review BU UX solutions and suggest improvements
You will respond to and shape design briefs in support of BU requirements and needs
You will review and critique solutions produced by designers assigned to the same projects to make sure that the UX solutions meet the Group standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent experiences
3-5 years of relevant experiences
Proficient in Figma, written and verbal English
UI (visual design, visual communicator), good storytelling
Ideally immediately available
