We are seeking dynamic and visionary individual to lead our brand's strategic marketing and drive business growth. As Marketing Director, you will provide guidance, direction, and leadership to marketing team, while developing and executing innovative omnichannel marketing strategies. Your role will also build a strong and capable marketing team for boosting sales and profitability.Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise the marketing team ensure efficient implementation of marketing initiatives- Develop strategic marketing programs, and promotion plans to drive incremental revenue, acquire potential customers, and enhance brand visibility.- Monitor and analyse performance metrics related to omnichannel marketing and consumer experience, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.- Develop customer-centric brand programs to strengthen local customer engagement, maximize the effectiveness of our products and services, and increase profitability.- Build strong relationships with key retailers to drive business growth.- Ensure accurate forecasting and availability of stock for promotional programs, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing obsolescence.- Assist the Brand General Manager in developing the annual advertising and promotion budget, monitoring spending within approved limits.- Develop and evaluate online marketing programs to support product launches and enhance the brand's omnichannel presence.- Identify growth opportunities and utilize performance-based channels including but not limited to incentives tactics, CRM, subscriptions, loyalty programs- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, monitor competitive activity, and ensure retailer satisfaction with co-op activities.- Foster the professional growth and development of the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve marketing goals.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in driving demand and successful marketing plans.- Inspiring leader with a proven track record of managing and building marketing/growth teams.- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently under time pressure.- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in both English and Cantonese.Share this jobInterested in this job?Save JobCreate as alertSimilar JobsConsultant Name: Consultant Email: Social AccountsSCHEMA MARKUP ( This text will only show on the editor. )Part of RGF Staffing APEJ, Chandler Macleod, we get people.sMore from usRecruitment solutionsHong Kong EA License No: 70277Chandler Macleod acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia.
