Project Manager | MNC | Up to 60K

• Formulate comprehensive project plans and ensure their effective dissemination to clients and team members.
• Lead the entire software development project life cycle, including analyzing business requirements, specifying functional requirements for new systems, developing project plans and schedules, overseeing cost and work quality, and preparing documentation.
• Efficiently communicate project updates and information to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Engage in project governance activities, addressing project performance and change management aspects.
• Mobilize and supervise project teams in Hong Kong and offshore locations, ensuring their work and performance meet expectations.
• Take the lead in managing the project's risk management process, and handle assigned ad-hoc tasks.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Proven track record of 5-8 years in IT application development, preferably within the Telecom industry.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile.
• Proficient in executing SDLC project management and possessing business analysis experience.
• Exhibit excellent project management skills, including effective task prioritization, resource management, and timely project delivery within budget constraints.
• Have experience in vendor management and the oversight of outsourced development projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project software.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant Project Manager role.
