“Yun Lee" is a maritime services provider in Hong Kong with over 50 years of operating history.The Company was involved in various major infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, such as Hong Kong-Zhu Hai-Macao Bridge Project, the Three Runway System Project, Tung Chung New Town Extension, Intergrated Waste Management Facilities Phase I (Shek Kwu Chau) and etc. “Yun Lee" is also well known in Hong Kong Marine Services not only providing vessels chartering and related services, but also can be further as provision of crew members, maritime consultation, building vessels, vessels repair and maintenance services.Responsibilities:
Maintain positive and effective communication with customers, sub-contractors, and other departments
Manage crew deployment, crew roster and work closely with all vessels to meet contingent needs
Liaise with customers on vessels arrangement (incoming phone orders at night if required)
Direct the team on understanding department working procedure, systems, and customer requirements
Support the Manager to maintain highly efficient, flexible crew and vessels deployment
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports
Responsible for invoice creation and verification
Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); at least 1 year of experience in administration is preferable
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua
Independent, responsible, attentive to details, able to multi-task
Good team player, proactive, willing to learn
Candidate with short notice period or immediate availability is preferred
