Programme Assistant / Peer Supporter (Chuk Yuen)

• Collaborate with Project Officer in planning activities and making decisions during service implementation;
• Provide direct support services independently, including regular contacts, visits, outreach services, recreational groups, and mass programmes for service users;
• Maintain ongoing communication with service users to identify emerging trends and needs, ensuring timely and responsive services that address the concerns of -service users and relevant stakeholders;
• Prepare and submit up-to-date documentation of work and services, including programme plans and evaluations, financial reports, and outreach statistics;
• Manage financial budgeting for programmes;
• Liaise with service user volunteers to coordinate and arrange volunteer work
• Tertiary education in social work, psychology or social science (for programme assistant);
• Completed P.6 or equivalent plus rehabilitation experience (for peer supporter);
• Rehabilitated experience in incarceration/drug use (for peer supporter); and
• Minimum 1 years’ working experience in social welfare field with relevant service users.
