You’ll support the leadership team in building high-performing teams, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in the market. Whether full-time or part-time, your expertise will define hiring strategies, enhance candidate experiences, and contribute to wider HR initiatives.Your Mission:
  • Utilise sourcing channels like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, engage, and attract top talent for internal roles.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand team-specific recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing and ensuring seamless candidate placement.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Provide exceptional communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work closely with our key external recruitment suppliers in a proactive manner
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, keeping leadership informed of progress and challenges.
  • Take on broader HR responsibilities, including onboarding, employee engagement, and support for wider HR initiatives (for full time).
Who We’re Looking For?
  • Recruitment Expertise: Basic recruitment experience is essential, with demonstrated use of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Work closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business needs.
  • Organised and Proactive: Manage multiple priorities and maintain a structured approach to tasks.
  • HR Knowledge (Optional): Experience in HR or interest in taking on wider HR responsibilities is a bonus.
