- Collaborating on the concept, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies and promotional programs driving Banca sales and interest.
- Taking ownership of and evaluate marketing campaigns, advertising, and optimization metrics to ensure campaigns are effective
- Planning and organizing customer / internal staff event for promoting Banca with fresh & new ideas
- Collaborate with frontline to align on objectives, campaigns, and go-to-market plan
- Develop customer communication plans aligned with brand standards
- Facilitate communication and information exchange between bancassurance, insurance partner, and frontline
- Experience with at least 5 years of marketing area, familiar with insurance/Bancassurance is an advantage
- Self-motivated, independent, strong sense of ownership with ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal, problem solving skills to communicate & manage various of stakeholders and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Analytical capabilities and data-driven mindset. Budget planning and management experience
- Content, digital, and social media marketing experience
- Strategic and creative mindset with can-do attitude
- Proficient in English and Chinese
- Positive personality, able to work independently and in a team
