Mission of the Role:To act as a strategic catalyst for business growth by building and empowering a people-centric, high-performance culture. This role is pivotal in scaling the organization through strategic talent solutions, championing our values, and ensuring the regional retail teams are equipped to achieve sustainable success.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Business Partnership:
  • Partner closely with regional retail leadership to understand business goals and develop and execute the people strategy that supports sustainable target achievement.
  • Utilize organizational KPIs and data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, productivity, and labor costs, advising on strategic decisions.
  • Lead the annual HR cycle for the region, including workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
2. Talent Attraction:
  • Suggest talent acquisition strategies to build a robust pipeline for both Store and Corporate Office positions, anticipating current and future business needs.
  • Act as a talent scout, proactively attract high-caliber candidates who embody company values and leadership behaviors.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives within the region to position the company as an employer of choice.
3. Talent & Leadership Development:
  • Identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent through targeted succession planning, vertical promotions, and cross-functional job enlargement opportunities.
  • Partner with leaders to create and execute individualized development plans that build capability and drive engagement.
4. Employee Experience & Culture Leadership:
  • Champion the company's cultural journey and "Drivers of Change," inspiring a strong sense of belonging, collaboration, and shared mission.
  • Manage complex employee and labor relations, ensuring a positive, fair, and productive work environment.
5. HR Excellence & Collaboration:
  • Ensure the flawless execution of all COE (Centers of Excellence) processes, tailored to regional needs while aligning with global HQ guidelines.
  • Serve as a key liaison between HQ and the region through transparent communication and collaborative planning.
