- Partner closely with regional retail leadership to understand business goals and develop and execute the people strategy that supports sustainable target achievement.
- Utilize organizational KPIs and data analytics to provide insights on workforce trends, productivity, and labor costs, advising on strategic decisions.
- Lead the annual HR cycle for the region, including workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Suggest talent acquisition strategies to build a robust pipeline for both Store and Corporate Office positions, anticipating current and future business needs.
- Act as a talent scout, proactively attract high-caliber candidates who embody company values and leadership behaviors.
- Drive employer branding initiatives within the region to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent through targeted succession planning, vertical promotions, and cross-functional job enlargement opportunities.
- Partner with leaders to create and execute individualized development plans that build capability and drive engagement.
- Champion the company's cultural journey and "Drivers of Change," inspiring a strong sense of belonging, collaboration, and shared mission.
- Manage complex employee and labor relations, ensuring a positive, fair, and productive work environment.
- Ensure the flawless execution of all COE (Centers of Excellence) processes, tailored to regional needs while aligning with global HQ guidelines.
- Serve as a key liaison between HQ and the region through transparent communication and collaborative planning.
