- Play the role of subject matter expert in supporting settlement operations for mutual funds and other investment products etc.
- Ensure all investment transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and to ensure compliance with all standard operations procedures, regulatory requirements & guidelines
- Responsible for HKTR report submission
- Collaborate with other operations teams and stakeholders regarding operations enhancement, projects and process automation
- Support other operations functions, e.g. payments, loan operations, account opening etc.
- Support new product/service development and respective UAT
- Develop and execute operations standard and process for banking operations team
- Prepare MIS reports, management and regulatory reports
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- A university degree holder or above in Business Administrative / Mathematics / Finance or other relevant disciplines
- 5 years banking operations experiences
- Familiar with banking products, operations procedures and the related regulatory requirements
- With experience in HKTR reporting
- Strong interpersonal skill, self-driven with strong sense of responsibility and capability to work independently
- Proficient in written, spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin speaking is necessary
