  • Represent the Technology department, collaborate with business stakeholders, and assess needs to develop tailored AI solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
  • Conduct workshops to educate business users on AI technologies and tools
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of AI-driven projects
  • Ensure high engineering standards through code reviews and best practices; analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights for decision-making
  • Build and maintain robust, scalable infrastructure to support model training and post-delivery enhancements
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI developments and apply relevant innovations to provide expert advice to management

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of AI technologies in one or more domains: NLP, Machine Learning, Robotics, Predictive Analytics, or Generative AI
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, with familiarity in AI frameworks
  • Basic understanding of model quantization and optimisation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in spoken Chinese a must
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in AI tools such as ChatGPT, or other mainstream tools
  • Experience in building agentic AI
